Sticker Rangoli

Diwali is one of my favourite holidays to explore with my students! The colours and lights are always captivating and the joy of the celebration comes through in the stories we share.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• white paper

• circle tracer

• pencil

• scissors

• stickers

• gold muffin cup

• glue stick

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Trace a circle onto a piece of white paper. We used an upside down bowl.

2. Cut out your circle!

3. Use a glue stick to place a flattened, gold muffin cup in to the center of the paper.

4. Make circular patterns around the muffin cup using various stickers. We focused on colour and shape patterns to compliment our learning in math :)

I love these so much, I could keep them on display year-round! <3
