Crayola Airbrush Olympic Art

If you follow us on Instagram, you know we LOVE LOVE LOVE our Crayola airbrush! We originally purchased it as a gift for Nory following her elbow surgery. With the press of a button, she was able to do art-making with us, making recovery a little less mundane :) I regret not buying two because, EVERYONE ALWAYS WANTS A TURN!

Most recently, we used the airbrush to execute some abstract, Olympic ring art. HOW MUCH FUN IS THIS?!!!!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Crayola airbrush

  • Crayola markers in Olympic Ring colours

  • circular objects (lids, containers, empty ribbon or tape rolls)

  • white cardstock

  • black cardstock

  • glue stick

  • stamp set and ink pad

HOW TO MAKE:

I think this one works best with a video! Take look at our instagram reel showcasing the process:

NOTE: If you don't have a Crayola airbrush (although, highly recommended!), here are some alternative options:

  • Trace circles with markers directly.

  • Use a spray bottle with coloured water!

I hope you've been enjoying everything the Olympics has to offer. It's such a special time and offers a feel-good moment for the world <3

Happy airbrushing!

Love, Linds
