This is one of those art projects that spans the ages! It doesn't matter if the artist is 2 or 42, it's going to turn out. And it's going to be EPIC! There's zero stress, zero rules, and zero snow to shovel afterwards ;)
WHAT YOU NEED:
cardboard pieces
aluminum foil
tape
white and blue paint
white glue
silver, blue and white items (feathers, gems, felt, pom-poms, ribbon, paper, etc.)
scissors
HOW TO MAKE:
Wrap squares or rectangles of cardboard using aluminum foil. Secure the aluminum foil on the back side using tape. This will be your canvas.
Prepare all materials in advance. Some materials will need snipping!
Prepare the paint. The trick here is to add a squirt of white glue into the mix!
Invite artists to paint their canvases as desired. It's preferable to be on the verge of "too much paint!"
Stick the prepared materials onto the wet paint. It will stay in place one dry because - the glue! :)

They are LITERAL masterpieces! And I think the two featured here are by kids younger than four!
Happy shovel-free snowstorming to all of you!
Love,
Linds XOXO
