I love this Remembrance Day art project. It allows for so much individuality, which is the perfect representation of what a world full of peace (actually!) looks like <3
WHAT YOU NEED:
red and black loose parts
colour printer
white cardstock
black Sharpies
scissors
glue
foam or cardboard pieces
HOW TO MAKE:
Start by having each artist make their own, unique, loose part poppy. Photograph the poppy, print it in colour (make sure you consider the sizing first!), and cut it out! I used a free background remover so that only the poppies were printed :)

Invite artists to draw their self-portrait, using a black Sharpie marker. Cut it out.
We wanted our poppies to "pop!", so we glued them first onto a foam piece and then onto the self-portrait. A small piece of cardboard would also work - elevating the poppy ever so slightly :)

Sending wishes for a world where everyone can be themselves,
Love,
Linds XOXO
