Lyric Stamping - An Art Project for Swifties!

Okay, Swifties. One of these art pieces is legitimately framed and hanging in our entrance.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• ruler

• Sharpie

• watercolour paper

• watercolour paint

• letter stamps & ink pad

• cut-out of Taylor Swift

• glue

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Think: Eras Tour poster. Begin by making a 3x4 grid on a piece of watercolour paper. Use a ruler and a black Sharpie.

2. Colour in each square using watercolour paint. We tried to follow a similar colour pattern to the Eras Tour poster :)

3. Allow paint to dry and then glue your cut-out of Tay Tay in the center of your paper.

4. This is the tricky part. THERE ARE SO MANY LYRICS! How do you choose which ones to stamp?! You can do it. I believe in you. Get out that ink pad and stamp your heart out <3

   

It's always interesting to see who connects with which lyrics. And it's also interesting to see how these connections change over time! Taylor really does have a gift for giving us words to go along with all of our various life experiences.
