Unicorn Jewellery Dishes

We went through an extended unicorn phase in our house. In fact, I think I'm the only one who hasn't come out the other side of it ;)

(I don't intend to, either. Unicorns FOREVER.)

Needless to say, in the peak of our unicorn obsession (when it was a full-force, three female run), we did a plethora of unicorn crafting. These jewellery dishes are just one of the many unicorn crafts that we enjoyed together!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• plastic unicorn figurines

• gold acrylic paint

• white plate or saucer (dollar store!)

• super glue (we always use E6000)

• variety of nailpolish colours

• nailpolish remover (in case you want to modify or fix your design)

HOW TO MAKE:

1. We wanted to design these with friends and so we prepared the dishes in advance for decorating! Two things must be done:

   1. paint the unicorn gold

   2. adhere the unicorn to the middle of your plate and allow to dry for 24 hours

2. Invite artists to decorate their plates using nailpolish. Any mishaps can be easily corrected with remover.

3. Allow to dry.

4. Use as a jewellery dish! These would make such a cute gift :)
