Spin Art (Christmas Edition)

When you combine a much-loved holiday with a much-loved art process, happy squealing ensues. Throw in some glitter, and you're officially the most popular person in your household. You're welcome! Have fun with this one!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• cardboard

• white and red acrylic paint

• masking tape

• holiday ribbon

• holiday embellishments (eg pom poms, glitter, gems, bells, etc)

• white glue

• salad spinner

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Prepare the cardboard by cutting it into squares/rectangles and then painting it white or red.

2. Place a piece of painted cardboard in a salad spinner. You can secure it to the bottom of the spinner with a looped piece of masking tape on the back side.

3. Squirt some paint of the opposite colour onto the center of the canvas.

4. Replace the salad spinner lid and SPIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5. Remove the cardboard to reveal your work. Sprinkle with glitter!

6. Use white glue to add all the Christmassy embellishments :)
